| Frank Böker studied Law at the University of Bielefeld, Germany, and was admitted to practice as an attorney in 1990. Since then he has been commercial and administrative manager of diverse rehabilitative institutions. In 1998 he became CEO of the “Johanniter-Ordenshäuser Bad Oeynhausen gemGmbH” rehabilitation center, which includes the 100% subsidiaries “Klinik am Korso gGmbH” clinic for eating disorders, “DIBO Dienstleistungen in Bad Oeynhausen GmbH” service center, “Recumed GmbH” ambulatory therapy center and “Johanniter-Zentrum für ambulante Versorgung Bad Oeynhausen GmbH” ambulatory center for medical care. Frank Böker has worked extensively for both the North Rhine-Westphalian Association of Private Hospitals (member of tariff and negotiation commission, member of the board, member of statutes commission) and the German Association of Private Hospitals (member of tariff and negotiation commission, member of specialist committee for care and rehabilitation centers). |
