Thomas Bierbaum is a self-employed consultant for management coaching, organizational development, personnel development, assessments and project development. One major focus of his work is support during the start-up of new businesses, as well as the concept development and implementation of incubators. He is currently managing director of Synergie Coaching, Training, Monitoring, Bierbaum, Heyer, Stengel & Partner and his clients include non-profit associations, public organizations and firms. Mr. Bierbaum was a founding member of IALS and financial director of the IALS project "Internationalization in the Life Sciences". He is currently the IALS managing director. Mr. Bierbaum holds degrees in Communication Sciences and Process Engineering. He is also a certified NLP coach and a certified KFW and TCC start-up coach.
